Wonderful staff, been bringing our pets here ever since I remember and always had a great experience
Absolutely terrible vets. My dog was run over and screaming in pain. I bundled her into the car & went to nearest vets. Allpets told me when I arrived there they would not see her or even give her a painkiller until I paid ! I had a tenner In my pocket but was told it was not enough. I had dashed out without my bag. I told them I was good for the money as I had previously had another dog there with a 300 bill & paid immmediately after treatment. Even though my crying children & I begged for help they refused as i didn't have the money on me ! Disgusting behaviour from a so called caring establishment. I drove her then 45 mins to caerwys vets who operated on her twice, had her in for 10 days & never asked for a penny till treatment completed, which I paid immediately. I have been to caerwys vets since & would highly recommend their branch in rhyl too. Would never ever take a pet to allpets agsin. Such disgusting treatment leaving a dog to suffer like that !!
Love the staff and the care given but two days in a row I have had to wait for my appointment (2nd day over half an hour). A call/ text to say surgery was running late would be great. Really havent got time to waste sitting in a waiting room.
Had to take pet, service was fantastic place was really calm turned up early and they seen me any way.
We've always taken our beloved pets there And the care and dedication is second to none I would not trust any other vets with my animals
