Always clean and tidy, the staff are plesent and profecinal. Over all a really good cinema.
Cinema is ok but staff aren't too bothered about customer service.
A good film and comfortable seats. Just a wee bit loud. Friendly staff

I went there tonight excepting to watch The Nun with four of my friends but I was denied entrance due to having no photographic identification. After numerously telling the worker Im only 15 and Ive never been abroad, he still denied me entrance. We paid for another film and he said it hadnt started but we found out it had started about 20 minutes ago and we got a refund. Never visiting here again, trying to say Im younger then I am is rude and I tried to reason but he claimed it was part of his job and didnt even let my mum, on the phone tell him my age. Walked through the rain excited for the film just to not be allowed in.
