I have had business dealings with Terry at Express for many years now, I have always found his service to be both professional and reasonably priced. It seems a shame that there are other locksmiths in the area that feel the need to leave negative reviews.
Came to get in and replace my key for my car, came and spent 2 hours doing god knows what, then said he couldnt do, charged me 30, i asked if he could do it and he said he needed a diagnostic k8t and he'd be back Monday, he still hasnt shown, ive called him and got a mouthfull of abuse, AVOID!! Use some one else.
ruined the drivers door handle, then told me it was rusted through, I had a hell of a job repairing it, if I would have had it done in a garage it would have been prohibitive. Didn't get round to fixing it for a few weeks so it would have been pointless complaining. Not pleased, key worked well though
