Good location and fab children's area. Lovely groups and great computer suite. Only problem is lack of toilets. Even the disabled and baby change are closed due to drug use. It's unfair on people using the facilities for the correct purpose
For the location, central town, adjacent from the Whiterose Shopping precinct, steps away from the promenade, carpark(also double storey carpark opposite), cafe, art museum, county council deartments yet the 2storey library in the centre of all the council department offices, there is 9/10times a warm smile or two to welcome the visitor as you walk in at hand to greet and serve (when required) directions to the relevant area one requires!.. That there is so many departments functioning for Denbighshire in one form or another the library still is a place of quiet to give the head space to breathe asis generally the ambience necessary in a library,. Since the library opened in the present location i personally thought it wasn't a good idea on the councils part and so gladly they have proved me wrong and been the route to take to countless measures, Ran effectively and one is able concentrate in the adequately sonic atmosphere, making the library a non fuddyduddy place to enjoy on visiting,

A lovely modern library with very helpful staff. I have spent many hours there.
Awful library! Staff are very bitchy and unhelpful, practically always impossible to get on a computer. I always try to avoid this library unless i am very desperate.
