Lovely florist in Rhyl. I wanted same day delivery to the hospital and started online. They have a great website and it gives a customer service contact number. I contacted them with a query and Carol couldnt have been more helpful. She sent a photograp of an alternative as well as talking me through other possibilities. She even sent a photo of the aqua box arrangement that was created for me.Brilliant friendly, professional service and I will definitely use this florist again.
Fantastic Service!I had been let down by another supplier. I received an email at 6:15am on the day of my fathers birthday telling me that his gift would not be arriving.I googled an inter-flora, local to my father - not really excepting much as I didnt think hed really want a bunch of flowers. I was pleasantly surprised with the assortment they could deliver and settled upon the idea a box of chocolates and a bottle of port. Great, quick and easy result, I thoughtThe lady I spoke to on the phone at FlowerTops was incredibly nice. The only problem was when she told me their stocks had been depleted due to Christmas, and they had a very limited choice of chocolates and no port at all (Pudding flavoured chocolates!! The mind boggles!).The lovely lady offered to purchase a bottle of port, from the off-licence next door, wrap it and supply it with the chocolates to my father before the day was through. I took her up her offer and was very glad I did.The delivery happened within a few hours. The delivery driver (her husband, I believe) even wished my father a very happy birthday. My fathers said The pudding flavoured chocolates were lovely, and the port was very nice.I say If you need to do any business with a florist in North Wales Use this one!
I highly recommend Carol from FlowerTops. She went the extra mile to make sure that my order was delivered on time for a family members funeral, she even sent me a picture of the spray (as I had ordered the flowers online due the fact that I'm located in New Zealand). And all this was done whilst FlowerTops was closed due to it being Christmas & New Years.
