Our Mac computer needed updating and Humphrey explained exactly what he would do. He carried out the update very efficiently and at reasonable cost for a home visit. He is extremely helpful and always willing to answer any follow-up questions over the phone. I have already recommended him without hesitation to my family members for any computer issues they may have in the future.
