This is my daughters experience with this so called surgery, when it comes to mental health they score 0She was staying at my sisters house but needed a referral to hafford but as she had a temporary address ( not her fault ) he/she told her to go to the one in Llandudno. Mental health is important and you failed in your duty of care and should be struck off, Im appalled by your decision. I will be ringing Monday and I want answers. You make me sick.

Booked an appointment for 1200 hrs. Arrived at 1150 hrs and still had not been seen at 1300 hrs. No explanation or excuse. In the end I gave up waiting and cancelled the appointment - rubbish!
