My mum is dead because one of the doctors made a false statement about what my mum was going through! My mum had pains in her stomach for a long time.It slowly began when she turned 40, and by the time she turned 50, the pain got worst.Last year my mum went to a doctor here in kinmel bay regarding about the pains, they didnt send her for an X-ray or even an examination! This doctor turned round and said it was IBS and that it was all in her head! 5 months later she went back, saw a lovely young lady doctor and was told the pains she was experiencing was not IBS! It was Cancer...Now we are in 2018! My mum died a week ago.....she could of been saved or had early treatment and maybe, just maybe she would be here......but because this doctor turned her away and said it was all in her head.....shes now dead! I hope your happy......I know the selfish doctor! I wont name and shame them! They know who they are....

Not a chance in he'll of getting a appointment I started phoning at 8.30 by 8.38 I actually got through to them only to be told by a telephone system all the appointments to see the doctors and nurses had gone. Rubbish what do they only have one doctor who works there for a hour a day and a nurse who just pops in. If that's the best they can do shut the place down and invest the money in the other surgeries around.

Hubby and I were really disappointed with this surgery. They do not seem to care about the patients at all, there is no bending with them. When people are ill they want a friendly ear to listen, sometimes you do not need to see a doctor but, here you cannot even talk to a nurse on the phone to put you mind at ease, the doctors will not call you back. You feel very alone when at your most vulnerable with this surgery. We were with the practice a year but, an audience with the queen would be easier than getting an appointment here. Hubby had had enough so we have left this practice and moved to another medical centre. Our first visit to the new practice this week was a pleasurable experience, and we saw the doctor the same morning. At kinmel bay you feel a rage building inside of you because no one will listen, appointments are always a week away. The annoying thing is, there are never many people waiting to see the doctor when you do manage to get an appointment. It makes you wonder how many patients are seen per doctor per day, they do not seem overworked.Considering hospitals are incredibily busy and a medical centre should know this, after all everyone else does when you ring kinmel bay medical centre the advice is go to A & E or ring for an ambulance. People want to be listened to especially if they have had a life changing illness and just talking to a nurse can make a big difference to patient care.

We are here on holiday. We rang at 8.30 to be told we couldn't have an appointment as we needed to register our 5 year old. We asked if an appointment could be held for us and would be there in 10 mins to register...no get here, register and then you can have an appointment. We arrive 10 minutes later with a poorly 5 year old who has tonsilitus, to be told no appointments!!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a poorly child. Had to rate one star but really it's -100!!!

Absolutely disgusting how the reception staff treat you they can't even put a prescription through without losing it. They always have one doctor for the kinmel bay area or tell you to queue at half 8 in the morning but that's not easy when you have to take your children to school. It's a disgrace of a surgery advice people very strongly no to come here me and my family have changed doctors were services are up to standard
