The salesman offered us a ridiculously low trade-in figure for my mother's as-good-as-new Suzuki car. Hence, one star...RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: In fact, you certainly did NOT offer us "3 independent valuations" for the Suzuki - just one which was ridiculously low (my mother, who was there with me at the time, can confirm this). You have, I submit, published misinformation - lies - in your response to me, in order to further your own interests. Final point: Your fidgety body language spoke volumes...
