I can't fault the breakfasts here, they've always been one of the best in Rhyl. Now, the term "best in Rhyl" may seem like a nonsense term, but it's worth understanding that Rhyl has some baselines against which measures can be placed. One of these baselines is cafes. Rhyl has a lot of cafes of varying quality and Rumblin' Tum has always rated highlyThe other measures Rhyl has are pubs/clubs, arcades, takeaways and free-form street exhibitions (fights; I mean fights. I will review some at some point)

Exactly what you would expect. A good, simple place to go to get good food and hot tea and coffee. Good range of hot food and offer larger portions for the more hungry of us.
