Staff are very friendly and value for money
Got asked to leave because children weren't allowed in there after walking past the whole length of the bar without any staff saying anything, only for a female bar staff maybe landlady came up to me saying I had to leave, I told her I would leave after I finished my drink n said I wasn't aware children weren't allowed in her reply in a snotty reply if she loses her job it will be my fault, my daughter was sat quietly n was so upset she said she would stand outside on her own, obviously I told her no, no clear signs that I seen saying kids weren't allowed in there, fuming ain't the word
A boozer ..but friendly lively ..good sports tv and weekend entertainment ... 2 2 2 yes 2 a pint !!!
I like this place. It's a pleasant space and a nice place to go for a pint. Being on the High Street it's got a good view if you're into a bit of people watchingThe clientle is usually pretty friendly and a good bunch. I've heard some hassle outside the place, but nothing remarkable or violent
Excellent kept beer at fantastic prices! ALWAYS lovely, friendly, helpful staff!! An all round good local pub, that plays great random music, and in an excellent location!
